Audiencias y diligencias . Las audiencias que se celebren en la Corte y los Tribunales serán presididas por el ponente, y a ellas deberán concurrir todos los magistrados que integran la sala. Las diligencias judiciales se practicarán por el ponente, salvo que cualquiera de las partes pida que asista la Sala o que ésta estime conveniente asistir. TÍTULO III COMISION
