Matrículas profesionales. Es el acto administrativo mediante el cual se ordena la inscripción de un ingeniero electricista, mecánico o profesional a fin en el registro de ingenieros del Consejo Nacional, y que confiere a dicho ingeniero el derecho a ejercer su profesión en cualquier lugar del país.
