Los puntos a que se refieren los artículos 11 y 12 del presente Decreto, se reconocerán a los docentes cuyo ingreso o reingreso sea posterior a la fecha de vigencia de este decreto. Igualmente se reconocerán a los docentes que hayan ingresado con posterioridad al mes de junio de 1981 y que hayan cambiado o cambiaren, de cátedra a tiempo completo, o dedicación exclusiva, quienes deben hacer la solicitud pertinente al Comité de Asignación de Puntaje.
