En caso de que el decreto reglamentario pretenda suprimir normas específicas de un decreto único reglamentario, deberá indicarse con exactitud la(s) norma(s) que se deroga(n). En este sentido, el nuevo decreto debe precisar de manera inequívoca el artículo que desea derogar.
