Reglamentación interna. Las autoridades deberán reglamentar de acuerdo al artículo 22 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 sustituido por el artículo 1° de la Ley 1755 de 2015, la tramitación interna de las peticiones verbales que les corresponda resolver, y la manera de atenderlas para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los servicios a su cargo y en cumplimiento de los términos legales.
