Las funciones notariales serán ejercidas dentro de las horas y días hábiles, pero en casos de urgencia inaplazable, a requerimiento de personas que se hallen imposibilitadas para concurrir a la oficina, el servicio se prestará en horas extraordinarias o en días festivos. Fuera de estos casos, los Notarios no están obligados a prestar su ministerio, pero podrán hacerlo voluntariamente. CAPITULO 3 ° . De la provisión, permanencia y período de los Notarios
