La cesión de que trata el artículo anterior, será elevada a escritura pública por el Ministro de Comunicaciones, instrumento que se extenderá a favor de las Empresas Municipales de Cali, las cuales destinarán el terreno materia de la cesión a "zona verde", conforme a lo dispuesto por la Oficina de Planeación del Municipio en el mes de Agosto de 1961, al aprobar el plan urbanístico de la ciudad de Cali.
