ARTICULO 374. Reparación. El juez podrá disminuir las penas señaladas en los capítulos anteriores de la mitad a las tres cuartas partes, si antes de dictarse sentencia de primera instancia, el responsable restituyere el objeto materia del delito o su valor, e indemnizare los perjuicios ocasionados al ofendido o perjudicado. Para los efectos del inciso anterior, se tendrán en cuenta los criterios fijados en el Libro Primero, Título IV, Capítulo Segundo de este Código.
