Article 63

En Los Casos En Que Un Administración Cubriere Un Giro Ordinario Sin Haber Recibido El Aviso Y No Cumpliere La Formalidad Prescrita En El Parágrafo Anterior, Y Posteriormente Se Hallare Que Ha Sido Mal Pagado, Sufrirá Como Sanción Una Multa Igual Al Valor Legal Del Giro

Articulo 63. En los casos en que un administración cubriere un giro ordinario sin haber recibido el aviso y no cumpliere la formalidad prescrita en el

anterior, y posteriormente se hallare que ha sido mal pagado, sufrirá como sanción una multa igual al valor legal del giro.
