Unidad de análisis. La evaluación de la superación de la situación de vulnerabilidad se hará sobre cada persona víctima del desplazamiento forzado que forme parte de los hogares incluidos en el Registro Único de Víctimas – RUV.

Para efectos de esta evaluación se tendrán en cuenta características diferenciales de acuerdo con el ciclo vital, género, diversidad sexual y discapacidad en la medición del goce de los derechos relacionados con la estabilización socio económica.
