°. Del control a los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje . En virtud de la función de control, asignada por la ley, el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia podrá requerir a los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que le han sido impuestas por la ley y la realización de los correctivos necesarios para subsanar cualquier infracción cometida.
