Artículo 2.3.3.3.10. Subasta tipo oferta. Se denomina subasta tipo oferta aquella mediante la cual las entidades ofrecen recursos para constituir certificados de depósito y de ahorro a término y se adjudica a los emisores idóneos que presenten las propuestas en las mejores condiciones de mercado.
