º. El Archivo General de la Nación, podrá una vez efectuada la inspección, poner en conocimiento del nominador del organismo o de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, el incumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de este Decreto, con el objeto de iniciar las investigaciones respectivas.
