Art 4.° La formación y reconocimiento de la Sociedad no exime á los Sres. Victor Cordovez y Manuel María Grisales de las obligaciones que contrajeron Grisales, Torres & Cordovez por virtud de los contratos de 20 do Noviembre do 1886 y 7 de Agosto do 1887, que celebraron con el Gobierno de Boyacá y que aprobó el Ministerio de Fomento, toda vez que dichos Sres. se han subrogado en los derechos y deberes de la Casa comercial, hoy extinguida, conocida con aquella razón social.
