Las actuaciones en los casos de esta Ley se harán en papel común hasta que se decida por el Tribunal si es o nó el caso de decretar la suspensión provisional del acto acusado; en el primer caso el juicio se adelantará hasta su terminación en el mismo papel, y en el segundo, en el que exija la Ley 130 de 1913 , según la naturaleza de la acción.
