Además de las operaciones de Tesorería facultadas a través del artículo 11 de la Ley 1737 de 2014, el Tesoro Nacional podrá constituir garantías o compromisos de pago a favor de un sistema de compensación y liquidación de operaciones, en los términos del artículo 11 de la Ley 964 de 2005, o cualquier norma que lo modifique o sustituya, siempre y cuando las mismas estén afectas al cumplimiento de sus propias operaciones y no de terceros.
