Las decisiones de los Tribunales de Ética Médica se adoptarán por mayoría absoluta de votos de los profesionales miembros y serán firmados por todos ellos, pero quien no esté de acuerdo con la decisión tomada podrá salvar su voto y así lo hará constar.
