Ninguna mujer pública podrá tener a su servicio menores de diez y ocho años.

En caso de que se trate de hijos, éstos serán conciderados por el Juez de Menores como menores en peligro moral, desde la edad de cinco años. el Juez tomará las medidas del caso.
