Plan de transporte de materiales . Además de las obligaciones previstas en el presente capítulo, las explotaciones mineras a cielo abierto deben contar con un plan de transporte de materiales en forma segura, de tal manera que involucre como mínimo los siguientes aspectos

Ubicación de puntos de partida y llegada;

Dimensiones y especificaciones de vías y medios de transporte;

Pendientes promedio y pendientes máximas;

Distancias;

Señalización de vías;

Especificación de equipos, y

Señalización de equipos.
