Se autoriza a los mismos Ministerios para adquirir de los herederos del señor Pizano dos de sus mejores cuadros, que en nombre del Congreso se entregaran a la Escuela y al Museo de Bellas Artes, para honrar de este modo la memoria del lamentado Director de ambas instituciones.

Parágrafo

Para el avaluó de estos cuadros se tendrá en cuenta el dictamen del Consejo Directivo de la Escuela de Bellas Artes.
