°. Rendición de cuentas. Cuando la Nación o el departamento asuma el ejercicio de la medida de asunción temporal de la competencia, deberá registrar la totalidad de transacciones celebradas con cargo a los recursos que administra y presentar informes a las autoridades competentes y a la entidad territorial respecto de la cual se adopta la medida correctiva, para que esta consolide y genere de manera integral los reportes a cargo de la entidad.
