El pago del crédito proveniente de la Ley 2 de 1912 , se verificará en siete cuotas semanales de a $ 4,000,y una de $ 4,982 58, durante los meses de septiembre y octubre del corriente año; el resto de la partida votada por la ley 39 de 1911 para la construcción del puente de Saldaña, se pagara en tres contados mensuales, en los mismos meses y en el de noviembre siguiente.
