De la forma de imponer sanciones. Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente y deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado, dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal, ésta se hará por edicto de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 45 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
