ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.25 .- CANCELACIÓN DE LA CUENTA O RETIRO DE FONDOS. Cuando el depositante decida disminuir su saldo o cancelar la "Cuenta de ahorro especial", la respectiva corporación para efectos de liquidar los intereses y el saldo. considerará esta cuenta como si se tratara de una cuenta de ahorro de valor constante, según los términos de la respectiva reglamentación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
