Propiedad del ejemplar o copia depositada. Al momento de realizar el depósito legal, los ejemplares o copias digitales pasarán a ser de propiedad de la entidad responsable del depósito o de la correspondiente biblioteca que haga sus veces, para constituir una colección nacional que hará parte del patrimonio bibliográfico y documental de la nación.
