Si el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores no accediere a la confirmación de la visa ordinaria o a la expedición de la visa de residente de que trata en el artículo anterior, lo comunicará así al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad para que el extranjero abandone el país en un término no mayor de noventa (90) días. Si no lo hiciere será expulsado.
