ARTICULO 2.1.3.1.13 .- CONFLICTOS DE INTERES. Las instituciones fiduciarias que celebren y ejecuten negocios de fideicomiso de inversión deberán abstenerse de realizar cualquier operación que pueda dar lugar a conflictos de interés entre el fiduciario y el constituyente o adherente, o el beneficiario designado por éste.
