Adscríbense al Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario de las facultades, funciones y objetivos adscritos al Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario por los Decretos números 3187 de 1955 y 528 de 1956. En consecuencia, traspásase al Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario la totalidad de las disponibilidades del Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario.
