Carga peligrosa. Se prohíbe el transporte conjunto de pasajeros y carga peligrosa. Se entiende por carga peligrosa aquella clasificada en la regla 2, capítulo VII del Convenio Solas 74 de 1978 aprobado por Ley 8ª de 1980, así como las prescritas en los anexos II y III del Convenio Marpol 73 de 1978 aprobado por Ley 12 de 1988.
