Artículo primero. Apruébanse los Estatutos del Hospital "Ramón González Valencia" de Bucaramanga adoptados por su actual Junta Administradora, mediante el Acuerdo número 032 de agosto 17 de 1970, cuyo texto, a la letra, es como sigue: ACUERDO NUMERO 032 DE 1970 (agosto 17) por medio del cual se expiden los Estatutos del Hospital "Ramón González Valencia", de Bucaramanga. La Junta Administradora del Hospital "Ramón González Valencia", en uso de las facultades conferidas por el Decreto 2061 de 1968, en armonía con los Decretos 1050 y 3130 de 1968, ACUERDA:
