Cuando el personal que viaje en visitas de inspección o en desempeño de comisiones especiales del servicio pueda alojarse y arrencharse en los cuarteles, bases, etc., el Ministerio de Guerra podrá fijar, de acuerdo con las circunstancias, una cantidad diaria de auxilios menos a las determinadas por el artículo 1° del presente Decreto.
