El Ministerio de Obras Públicas prolongará la avenida "Fernández de Contreras" en el sector oriental de la ciudad, hasta el barrio de San Agustín y en el sector occidental, partiendo del Barrio "La Primavera" y uniendo los barrios "Marabel", "Sebastopol" y "El Tejarito", para lo cual se apropia la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000.00).
