El Gobierno podrá conceder a la Compañia, a título gratuita, el uso de los terrenos de la Nación en los puertos de la República, cuando la Compañía los necesite para establecer estaciones de abastecimientos , de combustibles, muelles de abasto para sus barcos y edificios para sus oliclnas, en forma que sirvan también, llegado el caso, para aprovisionar los ferrocarriles y flotas del Gobierno. Es entendido que si las estaciones de abastecimiento de combustibles y muelles de abasto se destinaren al servicio público, deberán sujetarse a las disposiciones que rigen la malaria.
