El acto administrativo que niegue una personería jurídica expresará el término que deberá transcurrir entre su ejecutora y la fecha en que podrá presentarse una nueva solicitud, el cual no podrá ser inferior a un (1) año. Dicho plazo se fijará de acuerdo con las deficiencias observadas por el ICFES.
