En el contrato o contratos que hayan de celebrarse en desarrollo de la presente Ley, la Nación exigirá de la Fundación "Colegio de San José de Guanentá", la entrega del edificio que la misma Nación está construyendo con destino a la Fundación, en cumplimiento de la Ley 65 de 1943 , lo mismo que el antiguo edificio y demás propiedades y útiles del Colegio, por todo el periodo contractual y con destino a las presentes y futuras necesidades docentes.
