Artículo cuarto. Las condiciones que deben comprobar quienes sean elegidos o reciban el nombramiento en propiedad de un empleo relativo a la justicia del trabajo, son las requeridas en los artículos 174 de la Constitución Nacional, 64 de la Ley 6ª de 1945, 59 de la, Ley 51 de 1945 y 21 y del Decreto extraordinario número 1745 de 1945. La certificación jurada de que trata el artículo 5º de la Ley 12 de 1945, deberá referirse a la totalidad de las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 59 de la Ley 51 citada.
