El Consejo podrá citar a sus reuniones a los funcionarios que considere del caso oír y las autoridades deberán prestarle la colaboración que requiera para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Parágrafo. Los temas tratados en el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes son reservados. Sus actas tendrán el mismo carácter y, por tanto, solamente podrán ser conocidas por el señor Presidente de la República y por los miembros del Consejo.
