° Será jefe de la campaña antiepidémica del Departamento de Nariño el Secretario de Higiene de dicha sección, en su calidad de Director Departamental de Higiene. Dicho funcionario disfrutará, cuando realice visitas de inspección a las regiones afectadas, de $ 10 diarios de viáticos, que se imputarán al artículo 184 (capitulo 34), del presupuesto vigente.
