Article 6

Los Programas O Proyectos Que Las Institucines De Educación Superior Propongan Al Icfes Para Ser Financiados Con Recursos Del Fondo, Deberan Reunir Los Siguinetes Requisitos Minimos: A) Estar En Concordancia Con El Plan Nacional De Desarrollo Economico Y Social, Con Los Proyectos Sectoriales Y Con Las Necesidades De La Region, B) Formar Parte De Un Plan Integral De Desarrollo De La Institucion, C) Obedecer Aun Proyecto Prioritario Y Preferiblemnte Contar Con Una Contrapartida Por Parte De La Institución; D) Incluir Un Plan De Operaciones

Articulo 6º Los programas o proyectos que las institucines de educación superior propongan al ICFES para ser financiados con recursos del Fondo, deberan reunir los siguinetes requisitos minimos

Estar en concordancia con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Economico y Social, con los proyectos sectoriales y con las necesidades de la region,

Formar parte de un plan integral de desarrollo de la institucion,

Obedecer aun proyecto prioritario y preferiblemnte contar con una contrapartida por parte de la institución;

Incluir un plan de operaciones.
