º. La autorización de funcionamiento prevista en el artículo 2º, solo se otorgará por el Superintendente Bancario cuando se reúnan los requisitos siguientes: a).Que la sociedad se haya constituido debidamente y que su capital pagado no sea inferior a quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00). b) Que sus reglamentos se ajusten alas disposiciones legales y que las tarifas y comisiones sean aprobadas por el Superintendente Bancario; c) Que el carácter, Ia responsabilidad y la idoneidad de las personas que figuren como direc tores y Gerentes sean tales que inspiren confianza y que el bienestar público y la economía general se fomenten con el establecimiento de la nueva bolsa; d) Que se haya constituido a favor del Superintendente Bancario la garantía a que se refiere el artículo 41.
