LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.7.4. Reconocimiento de Cursos. Para que los cursos antes citados, sean reconocidos por la Autoridad Marítima, los planteles donde se realicen deberán obtener previamente de dicha Autoridad el respectivo reconocimiento de sus programas, prácticas y profesorado. Tales planteles serán inspeccionados periódica y detalladamente para constatar su idoneidad, quedando obligados a dar todas las facilidades a los inspectores designados por la Autoridad Marítima, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones.
