Interrelación Catastro Registro . Los predios de territorios y territorialidades indígenas que se encuentren registrados en el Registro de Instrumentos Públicos deberán tener la correspondencia en la información catastral, de esta manera se garantizará la interrelación a través del Número Único Predial (NUPRE). En todo caso los predios de territorios y territorialidades indígenas que no cuenten con folios de matrícula inmobiliaria deberán incorporarse en la base catastral.

Parágrafo

Los gestores catastrales respetarán e integrarán toda la información del Sistema de Coordinación Interinstitucional para la unificación de la información predial de los territorios indígenas previsto en el Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG) indígena. Las organizaciones indígenas podrán consumir la información.
