Decreto 1286 de 1994 · por la cual se establece la planta de personal para la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud

º . El Superintendente Nacional de Salud o quien éste delegue, mediante acto administrativo, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto y ubicará los funcionarios según la estructura interna, los planes, programas y necesidades del servicio.

Parágrafo

Según las necesidades del servicio, el Superintendente Nacional de Salud podrá establecer, mediante resolución, grupos internos de trabajo sin que con ello modifique la estructura orgánica de la Superintendencia.
