º . Intermediación Aduanera . La Intermediación Aduanera es una actividad de naturaleza mercantil y de servicio orientada a facilitar a los particulares el cumplimiento de las normas legales existentes en materia de importaciones, exportaciones, tránsito aduanero y cualquier operación o procedimiento aduanero inherente a dicha actividad. La Intermediación Aduanera constituye una actividad auxiliar a la función pública aduanera, sometida a las regulaciones especiales establecidas en este Decreto y demás normas legales que se expidan.
