º . Afiliación al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral . La afiliación de los aprendices alumnos y el pago de aportes se cumplirá plenamente por parte del patrocinador así

a)

Durante las fases lectiva y práctica el aprendiz estará cubierto por el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud y la cotización será cubierta plenamente por la empresa patrocinadora, sobre la base de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente;

b)

Durante la fase práctica el aprendiz estará afiliado al Sistema de Riesgos Profesionales por la Administradora de Riesgos Profesionales, ARP, que cubre la empresa patrocinadora sobre la base de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. Cuando las fases lectiva y práctica se realicen en forma simultánea, el aprendiz estará cubierto por salud y riesgos profesionales.
