Los servidores indicados en el artículo anterior serán especialmente responsables por la veracidad de la información que suministren a la dependencia de planeación respectiva, en lo relativo a las obligaciones contingentes previstas en los contratos que vayan a celebrar y a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público conforme al artículo 2.4.1.2.6. del Capítulo 2 del presente título.
