La elección a que se refiere al artículo primero de este Decreto tendrá lugar en todas las ciudades donde funcionen los centros de veteranos liberales que tienen derecho a intervenir en ella, el día domingo once de mayo del año en curso entre las ocho a.m. y las doce a.m., para lo cual el Presidente de cada controlará la convocatoria por escrito, a todos los miembros afiliados al respectivo centro con ocho días de anticipación a la fecha de la elección por medio de notas que deberán ser refrendadas con la firma del Alcalde y el Personero Municipal del Municipio.
