Artículo sexto. Las primas de cambio sobre giros al Exterior se cubrirán por los distitnos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, con la apropiación del despectivo servicio, cuando tales diferencias de cambio sean de cargo del Gobierno Nacional.
