El Fondo de Bienestar Veredal tiene po r objeto el financiamiento de programas de integración y ampliación de servicios de educación, salud, asistencia técnica, mercadeo, crédito, recreación; bienestar, electrificación y demás servicios sociales que tiendan al mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de la población: campesina, en el ámbito veradal.
