ARTICULO 3.2.3.2.1 - CONDICIONES Podrá ejercerla profesión de agente colocador todo ciudadano colombiano o extranjero residente en el para por más de un ano que sea mayor de edad y que esté inscrito en el registro de la superintendencia Bancaria. La solicitud de inscripción debe hacerse acompañada de la constancia de que la persona ha recibido la Instrucción necesaria en el ramo o ramos a que se refiere su nombramiento. CAPITULO III.
